Our original, pure electrolytes, in tablet form. TabLytes are natural and formulated without any calories, sugars, or artificial flavourings.
Please note - TabLytes are not designed to dissolve in water, they are designed to be taken orally, as follows: Take 1 TabLyte with at least 400ml of drinking water. Wait at least 30 minutes before consuming another tablet, with water. Take up to 12 TabLytes per day as needed. The more fluids you lose over the course of the day during exercise or heat stress, the more electrolytes you should replace.
UK & Channel Islands:
