I have been using Elete for 16 years and have never run a major race without it. I firmly believe Elete contributed to every single race finish over the years. So, when I was asked to join a team expedition to set a ‘fastest known time’ on the Kokoda Track in Papua New Guinea 2024, Elete was the first thing on the packing list. I've taken a smaller bottle on ultra long cycles and runs to ensure I replenish electrolytes. I'm a sweater and previously have been subject to muscle cramps on these endurance events, especially in hot weather. Since carrying one of these bottles I just top up every other water bottle or my reservoir and so far I haven't had a single cramp. Will definitely keep buying and recommending.
