I promised myself that if elete actually helped relieve my cramping during long, hot bicycling events I would write. Not only has elete helped with cramp relief, it has completely stopped the occurrence of cramps. For the past couple of years I have had severe leg cramps toward the end of extended mileage bike events. To compensate for this, I found myself reducing speed/exertion to make sure I could complete the event. In June 2004, I crashed on a mountain descent due to cramps in my legs and arms, breaking my arm and adding to my collection of body scars. This year, using elete, I had no hint of cramps during that same event or any prior and subsequent to it.
