I was looking for electrolytes which do not have unnecessary ingredients, which does not make your water taste weird, I met someone in hospital, in the rest room, I had a cramp in my left leg, the nurse did not know how to handle it as it was real bad. One patient help me with it, the other one identified the issue: I drink filtered water without replenishing my electrolytes. Like me the later has reactions to many things and this brand is the brand which suits her. I took a picture and the rest is history.

It's fine - I've been using it for ages. However, I don't want a big botle every month as it lasts ages.
