I've taken a smaller bottle on ultra long cycles and runs to ensure I replenish electrolytes. I'm a sweater and previously have been subject to muscle cramps on these endurance events, especially in hot weather. Since carrying one of these bottles I just top up every other water bottle or my reservoir and so far I haven't had a single cramp. Will definitely keep buying and recommending.
